Svên the White was born to carpet makers in the yarn district of Hammerfest, Norway. He grew very strong hands and fingers from working the loom all day, and applied them to shredding guitars and melting faces all across arctic Norway.
Wüli Thøktar was born into an elite Oslo family and was singled out as a gifted singer at only 5 years old. When he turned 10 his father (the local choir conductor) planned on castrating Wüli to preserve his angelic voice. Luckily Wüli escaped with the help of sympathizers to Hammerfest, near the arctic circle.
